“The time is always right to do what is right.”

—Martin Luther King

The State College Friends School will hold a week long celebration honoring the work of Martin Luther King Jr. and recognizing that the work continues.

All interested artists are invited to participate by sharing art on the theme “Beyond Dreaming, Still Marching.”

Art will hang at the school for students and faculty to enjoy. It will be open to the community Sunday, January 15, 2:00–5:00 pm and Saturday, January 21, 10:00 am–1:00 pm.

If you have a piece that fits this theme we would love to include it in the show! Please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name (as you would like it to be displayed),
  • Title of artwork,
  • Medium,
  • Approx. dimensions,
  • and price, if for sale.

Work must be delivered to the Art Alliance office on or before January 11.
