Class Description

Students will learn to master light and shadow while creating illusions of 3D objects on paper. They will also delve into the emotive qualities of line and texture. Creating depth will be stressed but perspective will be touched upon if participants feel comfortable. If time permits color and color theory will be touched upon. Plan to have pencils, paper and pens (ballpoint or gel) ready. We will go into more of the materials during the first class.
Registration Information
- 6 week session
- Starts January 11 and meets every Tuesday from 6–8:00pm
- Class will be held online via Zoom
- The class fee is $105 for Art Alliance members ($130 non-members)
Face masks are required indoors regardless of vaccination status per CDC guidelines and local ordinances.
