Love drawing but want to develop your skills and learn some new techniques?
This fun, gentle, intermediate class will allow participants to develop observational skills needed by artists, to practice a variety of techniques like contour and gesture drawing, shading and exploring basic composition information all in a fun, non-stressful manner with lots of practice!
Beyond the Basics.. is a follow up to the Drawing Foundations Class taught by Holly in January and February. We will expand on the techniques we started in that class and try a few more!
Supplies to bring to class:
- One 100 page 11 x 14 inch and/or 8.5 x 11 inch sketchbook with 60 pound or higher paper. Several #2 pencils, one 4-H pencil and one 8-B pencil. One hand held, small pencil sharpener.
