Exploring Composition in Painting will introduce painting concepts to enhance one’s working with paint. Working on practices to leave the world behind and push some creativity into focus. Canvas preparation, working studies, thumbnails, brush, palette knives, textual applications of media will all be addressed. Expressionist, action painting will be more of a focus rather than detail representation.
