Intro to Gouache

Less common than acrylic or watercolor–but sharing qualities of both–gouache is a fun and versatile opaque water-based paint. Try your hand at this often-overlooked medium in a session that includes an instructor demo followed by painting a small still-life, and learn techniques that highlight the unique properties of gouache. Students seeking to incorporate gouache into traditional (transparent) watercolors are also welcome.
