Landscapes in Pastel—Pennsylvania and Maine
Exhibiting this month at Juniper Village as part of our Outreach Program is Jeanne McKinney’s show, “Landscapes in Pastel—Pennsylvania and Maine.”
Jeanne McKinney is a landscape artist who works primarily in the medium of soft pastel. She enjoys capturing the local farmlands, streams, and forests in central PA. For the last ten years she painted on Monhegan Island, off the coast of Maine, capturing the rugged coastline, seas, and vistas. Jeanne has a degree in Art from Penn State and has also studied with Master pastel artists from across the country. Her award winning work is shown galleries and local and national juried shows. Born in New York, Jeanne resides in State College, PA.
