Art Alliance member, Steve Torok, will exhibit “Everything and Anything” at the Downtown Improvement District (D.I.D.) Office November & December as part of our Outreach Program.
The exhibition is a collection of acrylic paintings on canvas of a variety of subject matter and styles. Some works may be for sale.
Ever since “art time” in kindergarten, I’ve always had an interest in art. The interest grew as I took art classes in elementary, high school, and college. Everyday scenes and common objects are what catches my eye when it comes to “that would make a neat painting.” My slogan is “If I can see it, I can paint it.” There is no deep, internal meanings or messages in my work. It’s just art for the fun of it and for the pleasure of people viewing it.
Join Steve for the Opening Reception of his exhibition November 4 from 5:00–8:00 pm at the D.I.D. office next to the Fraser St. parking garage and MLK Plaza.
